SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- At the annual Syracuse City School District meeting, board members elected new leadership.
Stephen Swift is the new board president. He was unanimously picked to replace Richard Strong. Calvin Corriders was chosen as vice president. He replaces Patricia Body.
Swift was just elected to the board this past November. Corriders has been an education commissioner for more than a decade.
