SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A grand jury has indicted a man on charges of robbery and grand larceny for allegedly robbing two banks in Syracuse.

Joe Davis, 54, of Lodi Street, was arrested March 23rd and accused of robbing the Alliance Bank on James Street and Citizen's Bank in Shop City Plaza earlier that month.

When Davis was arrested, police say he had crack cocaine in his possession. And police say Davis previously robbed the same Citizen's bank in 2004.
