SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- It's not the first time it's happened, but officials hope it might be the last. Another tractor trailer got stuck under the railroad bridge this morning at the intersection of Erie Boulevard and West Genesee Street in Syracuse. It happened just before 10 a.m.

No injuries were reported.

A plan is already in the works to prevent accidents like this. The road will be lowered 18 inches to give the bridge a 14 foot clearance. If all goes according to plan, construction would happen this summer.
