ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The pedestrian who was hit on Interstate 81 in the Town of Cicero Thursday night has died.

State Police say Michael Moore, 53, of Pennellville, was hit by a pickup truck while crossing Interstate 81 near the Bartel Road onramp. A second driver was also unable to avoid Moore and hit him while he was lying on the road.

No tickets have been issued at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
