ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Lowville man was killed in a motorcycle crash in the Town of Boonville. According to Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies, Earl Greenfield, 54, was traveling northbound on Route 12 Monday night when he lost control of his motorcycle and went off the road.

Greenfield was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies said alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
