SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The verdict has come back guilty in the murder trial of Tommy Davis.
The Syracuse man was accused of shooting and killing 17-year old Kiwan Rush on Eastman Avenue back in October of 2010. Wednesday, jurors determined he was guilty of the crime.
Davis was convicted of second degree murder, attempted second degree murder, second degree criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child. The one count he was acquitted on was for criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Police say Davis and Rush had an ongoing feud at the time and both were armed when the shooting occurred.
Davis will be sentenced on June 13th.
