ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Oswego County woman is in the hospital after crashing her vehicle in the town of Clay Wednesday night. State Police said Susan Kemp, 37, of Phoenix was driving northbound on I-481 when she lost control of the vehicle, went off the road, and hit a tree.

Police had to cut the roof off of her vehicle to get her out. Kemp suffered a broken leg and is being treated at Upstate University Hospital.

No tickets have been issued at this time and the crash is still under investigation.
