MOUNT MORRIS, N.Y. -- The Livingston County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Nunda teen for driving while intoxicated under Leandra's Law.

Police were called to a crash on Creek Road in Mount Morris on Saturday morning.

They determined that Jesse Ellis, 18, was driving the car that crashed. Three passengers were in the vehicle at the time, including 18-year-old Tyle Bucci of Nunda, and two juveniles.

All were treated for minor injuries.

Ellis is charged with felony DWI, unsafe speed and crossing hazardous marking.
