SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse woman has pleaded guilty to first degree manslaughter for the death of her boyfriend.
Carmen Valle, 43, admitted to stabbing and killing Hector Sepulveda Medina, 63, last October. Police say the couple began arguing over a game of dominoes at their home on Shonnard Street and it led to Valle stabbing Medina in the chest with a knife.
Valle is scheduled to be sentenced on June 21st.
