CHENANGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- Three days into the Peter Wlasiuk murder trial and a jury has finally been seated.
The 12 person panel is made up of four men and eight women.
Wlasiuk is accused of killing his wife, Patricia, and then staging an accident to make it look as though she crashed and drowned in Guilford Lake.
Wlasiuk has twice been convicted of the murder. However, convictions in 2003 and 2008 were both overturned.
Opening statements in the third trial are scheduled to get underway Thursday morning.
