WATERTOWN, N.Y. -- A Jefferson County teen is accused of driving drunk after he fell off his motorcycle, deputies said.

According to authorities, Tyler Guy, 17, ran through a stop sign before falling off his bike on Arsenal Street in Watertown on Saturday morning.

Guy was also in possessions of five U.S. flags, which he said he stole from Sackets Harbor. While being processed, Guy also began physically fighting with the deputies. He is being charged with obstruction of government administration, aggravated DWI and unlawful possession of alcohol.

He was taken to Jefferson County Jail. Officials are still investigating the incident.
