ENDICOTT, N.Y. -- A toddler is in critical condition after police say she fell from a third story window in Endicott.

Endicott Police say a 19-month-old girl was found unconscious on a North Street sidewalk after she had fallen out of her third story window. The child was transported to Wilson Hospital.

Police are still investigating how the child fell out of the window.
