VESTAL, N.Y. - Lazarus Sims, a former Orange player and basketball team staff member, will be joining forces with Tommy Dempsey as the newest addition to the Bearcats' coaching staff. Following his job as Coordinator of Player Development with the Orange, Sims will now be an assistant coach with Binghamton.

Following his graduation from Syracuse University in 1996, Sims pursued a 12 year professional career before returning to Syracuse in 2007. Accompanying Sims' roster addition will be Ben Luber, who coached with Dempsey for the past two years at Rider.
