Police say Daniel Cuddy, 47, was stabbed several times during a robbery attempt. Cuddy is currently at Upstate University Hospital, where he's listed in fair condition.

The suspect is described as a man in his 30s, with a stocky build. He was riding a red B-M-X bicycle at the time of the robbery attempt. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Syracuse Police at (315) 442-5222.
