ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A new festival is coming to this year's New York State Fair as part of the 2012 Grandstand Concert Series. The Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival will feature some of music's biggest names in rock.

The festival will have three stages, featuring bands such as Shinedown, Staind, Godsmack, and Papa Roach.

It will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 25th. Tickets go on sale Saturday, July 7th. They range from $35 to $55.
