VESTAL, N.Y. -- A Vestal man has been arrested for providing alcohol to two teenagers after one of them was killed and the other accused of murder.

Police say last week, Keith Cleveland, 41, of Vestal Parkway, purchased alcohol for several minors, including Shelby Jenkins, 16, and the person accused of killing her.

Jenkins was choked to death Thursday at a home on Westland Road in Vestal. Steven Lipka, 19, has been charged with her murder. Police say the two had an infant together.

Cleveland faces six counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.
