SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The high school graduation season is underway. Seniors from Syracuse's Nottingham High School received their diplomas at the Civic Center Wednesday evening.

Helping to hand out those hard-earned degrees were Syracuse Police Chief Frank Fowler and Mayor Stephanie Miner.

Plenty of family and friends were on hand for the momentous occasion.

Corcoran High School will hold its graduation Thursday and Fowler and Henninger will be on Saturday.
