Priset found guilty, but mentally ill

TIOGA COUNTY, Pa. -- A guilty verdict for a Tioga County, Pennsylvania man on trial for murder. Matthew Priset was found guilty, but mentally ill, on charges of first degree murder, aggravated assault, burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.

The jury determined Priset stabbed and killed Clinton Perry last January at Perry's home in Wellsboro. The defense claimed insanity in the case.

The judge ordered a mental health evaluation before sentencing.
