CHENANGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jury deliberations will stretch into Monday in the case of a Chenango County man accused of murder.
Peter Wlasiuk has been charged in the 2002 death of his wife, Patricia.
Wlasiuk was convicted twice before of the crime in 2003 and 2008. Both convictions were later overturned.
The prosecution has maintained that Wlasiuk killed his wife and then staged an accident in Gilford Lake in an attempt to cover it up.
The jury will resume deliberations Monday morning.
