Three injured in attack by large group in Syracuse
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Three people are hospitalized following an assault and stabbing in Syracuse. Police say a group of 10 to 15 people attacked the victims at a home on the 600-block of Park Street around 1:45 Saturday morning.
According to investigators, the group kicked in the front door and assaulted the three people inside with boards, pipes, a car jack and at least one knife. Kendral Surry, 40, suffered a punctured wound to the abdomen and large cut to his head. Kelvin Jones, 33, was cut on his head and arm. Ezzieola Jones, 32, suffered several contusions to her head and arm. All three were taken to Upstate University Hospital. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening.
