MADISON COUNTY, N.Y. -- The owner of a Cazenovia funeral home pleaded guilty during his pre-trial hearing. Back in December, Brian Tait was accused of forcing a 24-year-old woman to undergo inappropriate physical exams in order to get a job.

Madison County Court officials say Brian Tait pleaded guilty to third degree sex abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child. The plea agreement includes three years of probation and no jail time.

Tait's sentencing is scheduled for September.
