GENESEO, N.Y. -- The skies above Livingston County will be filled with vintage airplanes this weekend. The annual Geneseo Air Show is now underway. The show is held outside the village every year.

It features more than 70 planes, some of them once used in military service, and many date back to World War II. A B-25 Bomber is a perfect example, it was used in the Doolittle Raid on Japan in retaliation to the Pearl Harbor attack. Each plane seems to have a story of its own.

"Oh yeah, oh yeah. It's like a reunion every year we come back here, people that just love these kinds of aircrafts. It's wonderful, it's a great time," said Chip Yingling of Pennsylvania.

The Geneseo Air Show runs Saturday and Sunday. The gates open at 6:00 a.m. on both days. Show times are from 10:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
