TIOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Waverly Police have located a woman who had been missing since Thursday. Police said Lori Jo Colbath, 49, was found in Wharton, New Jersey after she and her estranged husband were pulled over during a traffic stop.

Colbath had an active restraining order against her husband, and as a result, he was taken into police custody. Police said Colbath was unharmed and family members were en route to assist her.
