WEST SENECA, N.Y. -- Charges have been filed in a motorcycle crash from earlier this year that claimed the life of an Ithaca woman. Chelsea Olsen, 24, was killed back in March in a crash in West Seneca in Erie County. Olsen was on the back of the motorcycle that hit the back of a truck.

The driver, Joseph Ayer, 30, survived and is now being charged with criminally negligent homicide. At the time, police had said that two motorcycles were racing right before the crash. It's not clear if they've located the driver of the other bike.
