BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Mets made it four wins in a row with a 13-3 win on Sunday, pounding out 17 hits against Erie.
Dustin Martin had four RBI and Allan Dykstra had four hits to lead the offense while Gonzalez Germen followed up Zack Wheeler's Saturday shutout with an eight-inning, three-run performance.
The B-Mets have now won eight of its last 10 games to make them the hottest team in the Eastern League and they are now just six games behind first-place Trenton, which comes to NYSEG Stadium for a three-game series starting Monday night.
