SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- AT&T subscribers may notice more reliable calls and data in downtown Syracuse as the company has announced upgrades to the network.

Officials announced Thursday that they have increased capacity on the downtown cell sites. This will allow more people to make phone calls at the same time while also adding some extra pipes for mobile internet users.

AT&T says the upgrades will hopefully alleviate some of the connection issues that arise during peak hours.
