MASSACHUSETTS -- A Syracuse man was one of two people who died at a Boston-area concert Thursday.

Authorities say the men died after overdosing on drugs and alcohol at the IDentity Festival at the Comcast Center in Mansfield.

The Boston Globe identifies the victim as Dominic Impelizzieri, 27, of Syracuse.

Authorities say 19 other people were hospitalized following the concert and 45 were arrested on charges ranging from assault and battery to drug possession, underage drinking and possessing fake IDs.
