NEW YORK STATE -- Jefferson, Oswego and St. Lawrence County are experiencing intermittent problems with the phone lines.

Landlines, VOIP and cellular service are all affected, but 911 service does seem to be working at the time.

Officials say if anyone has any issues in an emergency, they should contact their local fire station.
