UTICA, N.Y. -- Utica Police say they have the third and final suspect in custody in connection with the 2011 shooting death of Anthony Garner.

Dominique Cook, 27, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second degree murder. He was already in prison at the Auburn Correctional Facility where he was serving time on an unrelated robbery conviction.

Cook, Octavius Garrett and Marshall Jackson were all wanted for the shooting on May 25th of last year. Police say a surveillance camera stationed above James and West streets caught the whole scene on video, showing the three men attacking Garner.

Jackson was convicted in the case earlier this year and is serving 25 years to life in prison. Garrett was just arrested last week.
