SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police are asking for your help in finding the suspect in an armed robbery. It happened at the Diamond Market on Court Street around 6:30 p.m. on August 3rd.

Police say a man displayed a handgun and demanded money from the store clerk. The suspect took an unknown amount of cash and cigarettes before fleeing on foot.

Police say he may have a mark or a tattoo near one of his eyes.

No one was injured during the incident.
