UTICA, N.Y. -- A Utica man is in custody, accused of stabbing a man in Rome. Police said Phillip Rawlings, 27, stabbed Reginald Behlin, 28, several times during a fight on the 400 block of West Dominick Street early Thursday morning.

Behlin is currently in stable condition at Saint Elizabeth Hospital. Rawlings is charged with second degree assault.
