Man arrested for two bank robberies

FAYETTEVILLE, N.Y. -- Police arrest a Fayetteville man for two recent bank robberies. Investigators said Ajdin Catal, 19, stole cash from the SECNY Credit Union in Manlius on Friday, and from an M&T Bank in Fayetteville on Saturday.

Catal is charged with two counts of third degree robbery and one count of third degree grand larceny, and fourth degree grand larceny. Catal was arraigned and send to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $10,000 bail.

Meanwhile, Manlius Police are still investigating the robberies. They are asking anyone with information to call them at (315) 682-2212.
