EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Kids from the Southern Tier to the North Country showed off their moves at a fashion show in East Syracuse on Sunday. The event was as much about celebrating their lives, as the clothes they modeled.

The March of Dimes Precious Preemies Fashion Show aims to raise awareness of premature birth, which effects one in every ten to fifteen children in the United States.

"These children are the life of their families, and this area doesn't have much information out there, so this what we want to celebrate today," said Michelle Bode, March of Dimes CNY Division Board Member.
