Woman pleads guilty to criminal solicitation
ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- An East Syracuse woman ha pleaded guilty to criminal solicitation.
Marnie Nappi was arrested last September for paying out more than $20,000 to various people in several attempts to have a Minoa man killed. She was arrested after police said she paid an undercover officer.
Nappi was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, but pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of criminal solicitation. She will be sentenced October 12th and faces up to seven years in prison.
