EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Onondaga County Sheriff's office has identified the two people killed in a crash in East Syracuse Friday night.
Deputies say Christina Davis, 36, of Minoa, lost control of her pickup truck while driving at a high rate of speed on Fly Road. She went off the road, through a section of fence and hit two trees, ripping the truck's engine out of its compartment.
Davis was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger, Jeffrey Hubbard, 34, was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation continues into the cause of the crash.
