FULTON, N.Y. -- Fulton Police are investigating a car crash that sent one person to the hospital.

Police say the car hit a pole around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday on Rochester and South Sixth Street.

Upon arrival, police found one female victim who was unconscious. She was taken to Upstate University Medical for treatment. Her condition is unknown at this time.
