CAYUGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Cayuga County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two men following an investigation into a crash last month.
The crash happened on Route 38A in the Town of Moravia on July 25th.
Authorities say Mathew Pidgeon, 21, and three teens left a party in the Town of Niles where there was underage drinking. They say Pidgeon was driving at a high rate of speed, causing the vehicle to crash and throwing all four people out of the car.
Pidgeon was charged with DWI and assault for the injuries to one passenger. He will appear in court next month.
Another man, Travis Robideau, 22, was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child for allegedly providing alcohol to teens.
