NEW YORK STATE FAIR -- Several community teams are participating in the 25th year of the Lou Davis Memorial Basketball Tournament.

Children 13 and under spent their break from junior high working all summer for this tournament.

Lou Davis was the founder of the tournament and also founder of Gianelli Sausage Company. The tournament will continue Saturday, where you are sure to see some raw talent.

"The quality of play has improved so much over the years. That these 12- and 13-year-old kids are playing the way high school kids played 20 years ago," said Bill LeMon, Lou Davis Memorial Tournament Director.
