NY STATE FAIR -- Day Five of the State Fair is highlighted by Dairy Day, but it's also a chance for senior citizens to get into the fair for free.

Today is the first of two Senior Days in which fairgoers 60-years-old and older pay no admission fee.

We spoke with some seniors who were early to arrive Monday morning. Most say they appreciate that they can get into the fair at no cost.

"It's very special to senior citizens. We enjoy the walking, we enjoy the beauty of the flowers. And, the gorgeous animals. It's just the whole event of it," said Barbara Williams, a fairgoer.
