LYSANDER, N.Y. -- The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office has located a missing man in Lysander. Sheriff's Deputies say Martin Homer, 34, was found in a wooded area Sunday night. They say he became disoriented after suffering from a medical condition.

Homer was reported missing after a car registered in his name was found unattended, but running, in a turnaround on Oswego Road near Kellogg Road.
