Man arrested for stabbing at car dealership
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police have made an arrest following a stabbing at Koerner Ford.
According to police, LaTorrie Phillips, 35, confronted Fontaine Burrage, 35, while he was working at the West Genesee Street dealership just before 11:30 a.m. Monday. The fight turned physical and Phillips attacked Burrage with a knife. Both were later treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the fight was part of an ongoing dispute between the two men.
Phillips has been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He will be arraigned Tuesday.
