Baldwinsville considers closing school
BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. -- The Baldwinsville School District is exploring the possibility of closing one of its elementary schools.
The Building Utilization Committee was tasked to review a half dozen different scenarios and if a school is closed, they've recommended it be Van Buren Elementary.
No decisions have been made on whether or not to close any school.
The school board is reviewing the recommendation from the committee and is expected to vote on the matter September 17th.
More information on the possible closure can be found on the district's website.
