NEW YORK STATE FAIR -- The New York State Fair sand sculpture was finished Wednesday. It's a tribute to the New York athletes who participated in the 2012 Olympics in London.

The sculpture features 360,000 of sand.

This is the fourth year it's been at the center of the Center of Progress Building. It's sponsored by National Grid
