POTSDAM, N.Y. -- Progress on Potsdam's new Town Hall is moving along quickly and residents are taking notice.

The foundation has been completed and the walls were put up this week.

The new building will provide town officials with new offices while the old town hall is being renovated into a joint town and village court house.

Officials hope to be in their new building by November.
