NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. -- Police arrest an Oneida County man after they said he hit a parked car while under the influence of heroin. New Hartford Police said William Hall, of Rome, was driving on Burrstone Road on Friday evening when he crossed the intersection and drove into the parking lot, hitting the parked vehicle.
He was taken to St. Lukes Hospital for injuries sustained from the accident. Hall is facing numerous charges, including traffic violations and tickets.
