VOLNEY, N.Y. -- A Fulton teen is in critical condition following a crash in the town of Volney. The Oswego County Sheriff's Office said Matthew Barnum, 19, lost control of his truck. The accident occurred on County Route 6 on Sunday afternoon.

Police said Barnum crossed the center line, hitting a tree and utility pole. He was flown to University Hospital in Syracuse. Deputies are still investigating what led up to the crash.
