UTICA, N.Y. -- Several women were hospitalized following a large fight in Utica. Police were called to Howard Avenue around 10:45 a.m. Monday.

When they arrived, they discovered that five women were injured during an apparent brawl. All five were taken to local hospitals to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police do not yet know what started the fight, but they say there may be charges filed once the investigation is over.
