OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A 35-year-old Oswego man has been arrested, accused of videotaping and inappropriately touching young girls.

State Police say in the past month, Shane Haresign subjected two girls under the age of eleven to sexual contact and videotaped those girls while changing clothes and showering.

Haresign has been charged with two counts of first degree sex abuse, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of unlawful surveillance
