JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. -- Shoppers at Olum's Clearance Center in Johnson City may notice a difference the next time they shop at the location. Store officials held a ribbon cutting Friday to celebrate the completion of the Clearance Center's expansion and remodeling.
Service offices in the downstairs portion of the building have now been relocated to the second floor. The remodeling expands the clearance center's showroom by 2,500 square feet, offering many benefits to shoppers.
"What this will do, it will benefit our shoppers as well. We will be able to expand our lines, show more product, make it easier to shop," said Keith Solomon, Olum’s President.
Olum's has operated business in Broome County for 98 years. The Clearance Center in Johnson City has been open for 10 years.
