SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A teenager is facing charges after a two-vehicle crash in Syracuse. Rescue crews were called to the crash in front of the Nettleton Commons around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Police said Mandie Palmer, 19, was driving a van when she crashed into another van as it was turning onto East Willow Street. Both vehicles ended up crashing into the fence outside the apartment building.

A woman and her three children were taken to Upstate University Hospital. Palmer is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
